Apparel creative fatigues faster than any category in paid social.
It's aesthetic, it's trend-tied, and it decays in weeks rather than months. The bottleneck isn't ideas and it isn't budget — nobody serious is short of either. It's production time.
| Where brands buy creative | Typical cost | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Production studio, per video | $300 – 1,000 | Sparkiz |
| Freelance creator, per video, with paid-ad usage rights | $460 – 700 | Sparkiz |
| Studio shoot day, small to mid-size brand | $2,500 – 8,000 | WearView |
| Agency retainer, per month | $3,000 – 25,000 | Sparkiz |
| DNG Ops, per finished asset | from $87.50 | This site |
Freelance rates start lower — $80 to $250 a video — but that buys the video, not the right to run it as an ad. The freelance figure in the table is what the same creator costs once paid-ad usage rights are included, which is the only like-for-like comparison, because everything we deliver is yours outright on payment. Ours is arithmetic you can check on the pricing page: the monthly fee divided by the assets that fee guarantees. $3,500 for forty assets is $87.50 each. You will not find a claim anywhere on this site about what your advertising will return — that number lives in your account, not in our marketing.
| Finding | Figure | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Share of Meta ads that become winners | 5 – 8% | Motion |
| New creatives launched per week, brands spending $10–50k/mo | 4.1 average | Motion |
| … and the top quartile at that same spend | 8.1 | Motion |
| Concurrent ads running at Gymshark | 100 – 300+ | QuickAds |
Winners are a small fraction of anything anyone launches. That makes the number you launch the part you can actually control — more creative in market is more chances at the ones that work, not a formula that converts assets into winners. It is the argument for a retainer rather than a project fee, and the reason one brilliant video rarely saves an account. The spend band above is deliberate: it's the band we build for.
The terms, before you have to ask for them.
Every line here is a constraint on us, not on you. They're published rather than buried in a contract because the brands worth working with read them and relax.
