That's what you send us. Product photography, campaign footage, whatever's sitting in your catalog export. What comes back every week is twenty to eighty finished ads built for outdoor and performance apparel. One flat fee, and you own all of it.
We are accountable for throughput. Never for your ROAS.
Anyone who promises you a ROAS number is guessing, and probably knows it. Too much of that number belongs to your product, your pricing and your margins for us to take credit for it. What we can put a number against is the thing your account is actually starved of — enough new creative, every week, to find the winners. Then we go into your ad account and tell you which of ours worked. Including the ones that didn't.
Everything starts from material you already own. Forty ads a month isn't forty shoots. It's one body of footage re-hooked forty ways, and that's the whole trick — it's why the price works.
Your product feed, turned into branded dynamic product ads. Frames, technical callouts, price and offer treatments — built once as a template, then applied across every SKU. It scales with your catalog rather than with our hours, which is why a 400-SKU brand doesn't cost four times what a 100-SKU brand does.
Existing photography, campaign footage and customer video, re-cut into volume. We pull the hooks straight out of your reviews — your customers describe the product better than we can, and the performance data backs that up every time.
One design, laid out per placement. Never cropped to fit — squeezed type in a 9:16 is how you spot an agency cutting corners. Every static carries four things: a hook in the upper third, the product, one piece of proof, and a small offer and mark.
Carries roughly eighty per cent of the performance. Nothing after it gets delivered if this fails.
The condition the garment was built for, in the customer's own words.
Construction, materials, measured ratings, or a real review on screen.
One action. A drop date, remaining sizes, or the direct commit.
We don't use synthetic on-model imagery. Apparel is where generated figures fall apart — hands, seams, drape, fit. Someone always notices, and it's usually a customer. Every variant comes from real footage and real product photography, which sidesteps the problem instead of betting nobody looks closely.
It's aesthetic, it's trend-tied, and it decays in weeks rather than months. The bottleneck isn't ideas and it isn't budget — nobody serious is short of either. It's production time, and you can see it sitting in the numbers below.
| Where brands buy creative | Typical cost |
|---|---|
| Freelance editor | $150 – 700 per video |
| Production studio | $300 – 1,000 per video |
| Studio shoot day | $2,500 – 8,000 per day |
| Agency retainer | $3,000 – 25,000 per month |
| DNG Ops, Essential | $100.00 per asset |
| DNG Ops, Growth | $87.50 per asset |
| DNG Ops, Scale | $68.75 per asset |
Ours is just arithmetic — the monthly fee divided by the assets that fee guarantees. You won't find a claim anywhere on this page about what your ads will return. That number lives in your account, not in our marketing.
| Finding | Figure |
|---|---|
| Share of ads that become winners | 5 – 8% |
| New creatives launched weekly, top-quartile accounts | 8 |
| New creatives launched weekly, average account | 4 |
| Concurrent ads at leading apparel brands | 100 – 300 |
| Return on enriched dynamic product ads | 4 – 8× |
| Return on plain catalog feeds | 1 – 2.5× |
Test twenty creatives, find roughly one winner. Test fifty, find three. That arithmetic is the entire argument for a retainer instead of a project fee, and it's the reason one brilliant video won't save an account.
No commission on your ad spend, no hourly billing, no line items you didn't see coming. You're buying a guaranteed number of finished assets every month. That's the whole model.

Onboarding is a one-time $1,250 to $2,250 depending on catalog size, and covers the brand deep-dive, the angle and hook library, an audit of your current ad account, and the first batch. Full original scoring for long-form brand films is quoted per campaign, $750 to $2,000. Expected winners are the published 5–8% rate applied to your monthly volume, not a guarantee.
Every line here is a constraint on us, not on you. They're on the homepage rather than buried in a contract because the brands worth working with read them and relax.
There are two of us. You should know which one picks up, and when.
Client side and original audio
Does the ad-library digging, builds the speculative work, and takes the calls. Also writes the original music and sound design in house, which comes out of ten years in music production and audio engineering rather than a stock library subscription. Accountable for new clients signed.
Production and delivery
Runs onboarding, the weekly batch, and quality control. Holds the response windows, and writes the monthly report against your ad account. Accountable for retention and for delivery landing on time. He also drew the mark at the top of this page.
Before we talk, we pull your live ads out of the Meta Ad Library — how many you're running, how long each one has been up, what's gone stale. Then we tell you where the gap is. If the honest answer is that you don't need us yet, we'll say that. Costs you nothing either way.

We do the homework. Nothing to fill in beyond your brand name.
What is running, how long it has been running, and what that is costing you.
We name the tier that fits and then stop talking. No drip sequence, no chasing.
Brand brief, onboarding, then your first weekly delivery inside two weeks.
